Today we are tagging along side Cindy Vu, on her way to her listing in Anaheim.
The home inspection has been done, the buyers and seller have agreed to proceed with the sale and remove the inspection contingency.
The next step is the Appraisal! Watch as Cindy walks through how our team prepares our listings for the Appraiser to make a visual inspection of the home to give their opinion of the value of the home.
Once the appraiser inspects the home and looks at what the other houses in the neighborhood sold for, they will decide what the home’s worth and give this report to the lender.
If all goes to plan and the value matches or is more than what the buyers are paying for the home we can proceed with the sale and get it sold!
